| Mission Statement: | The mission of the Florida Keys Outreach Coalition (FKOC) is to provide homeless individuals and families with the resources and opportunities to attain residential, financial and personal stability and self-sufficiency. The FKOC further seeks to address the causes of homelessness and work toward its elimination in Monroe County.

| Other Information: | Residential transitional housing is available only to individuals who are committed to FKOC’s three-phase empowerment program. By maintaining sobriety and working toward self-sufficiency a person may live in the transitional housing program for up to two years. |
