Care Center for Mental Health is a drug or alcohol rehabilitation center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment.

The treatment center provides outpatient care. There are special groups and programs for persons with HIV and AIDS and DUI and DWI offenders. No special language services are available. Payments via medicare, state financed insurance, medicare, and private insurance are accepted. Payment assistance is offered by way of sliding fee scale.

Dually- Diagnosed; Children's Program; Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling.

Special Programs:
Outpatient Counseling for Substance Abusing Pregnant/Postpartum women

Additional Services: Can provide local psycho/social assessment for clients entering
residential or inpatient treatment at centers in Dade & Broward counties on a sliding fee scale.

Criterion for Psycho/Social Screening: After obtaining client's written consent:
Professional nurse/social worker/clinician will fax information on client to Care Center
listing demographics, financial information, reason for referral, and copy of insurance
card or Medicaid card.
